Startsong Studio (Jen & Dave Hawley, est. 2010) is located in Germantown, MD. We exist to help people of all ages develop and strengthen their musical curiosity, creativity and confidence. We love sharing our seventy-plus combined years of music experience with amazing people like you!

We offer in-person and online music lessons, and other musical services such as recording production, consulting and community events. We also love sharing our own music with others.

From June 16 - Aug 25, 2025 take selfie photos of you at concerts, performing for others and other musical activities for points. Collect your photographs throughout the Summer
and submit your totals/photos on Aug 25 (the last day of summer!)

The top 3 Startsong Studio students with the most points by Aug 25 win a cash prize!!
1st place: $50; 2nd place: $30; 3rd place: $20
